Pool renovation to modern standards
Old mozaïek tiles have been replaced by Ezarri Corel mozaïek tiles, new SS stair and new copings have been placed. The pool contains the most skin and eye friendly water; low on chloride and with little salt. Once you have been swimming in the water your eyes and skin will not get irritated.

Garden Improvements
A collection of small projects related to the Garden of Casa Erica. To create a green and fruitful environment the most important is the water management. In the past the old Quinta already had a water well which is now been modernized and connected to a new garden irrigation system.
